On Wednesday, September, 1st, we were affected by the propane fire and explosion at the Scully Welding Supply Company, located adjacent to the storage compound. As a result of that disaster, 80 rented units were destroyed,
as well as the Kaiser Automotive Service antique truck museum.
We are attempting to contact customers whose units were destroyed. We are asking customers to contact us to check if you are affected.
We will be closing for a much needed period of rest on
Labor Day, but will be open again Tuesday, 9/7.

To qualify for the 10% discount, one of the following conditions must apply.
SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT HOW WE GIVE OUR PUBLIC SERVICE DISCOUNTS.
OTHER FACILITIES ARE ADVERTISING THAT THEY WILL GIVE THIS DISCOUNT
TO FRIENDS OF YOURS, FAMILY, NEIGHBORS, ETC.
TO US AT KAISERS STORAGE, THAT CHEAPENS THE MEANING BEHING THE OFFERING.
WE APPRECIATE THE SERVICE OF THE CUSTOMER RENTING THE UNIT.
THAT’S WHY WE OFFER THE DISCOUNT TO YOU.
WE HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND OUR REASONING.
FIRE = The occupant renting the unit must be an active member
of a volunteer or career fire department.
Having a relative who is a
fireman does not count.
POLICE = The occupant renting the unit must be employed
by a state, county, or municipal police department.
Having a relative who is a cop does not count.
MILITARY = The occupant renting the unit must be a current member,
either active or reserve, of one of the 4 branches of the US Armed Forces,
or be a 20 year retired member of one of the 4 branches of the US Armed Forces.
Also, the military discount can be used
by veterans of the VietNam war.
Having a relative who was in the military does not count.
PUBLIC SERVICE DISCOUNTS CAN ONLY BE CLAIMED
BY THE PERSON RENTING THE UNIT.
The 10% public service discount applies to
cash, check, credit card, and PayPal payments.
RENT THESE UNITS, PAY FOR A YEAR, AND GET THE 1st MONTH FREE!

15 DAYS INTO THE MONTH PAST DUE (RENT NOT PAID)
WLL BE AUTOMATICALLY LOCKED OUT AT THE GATE,
AND THE UNIT WILL BE OVERLOCKED.
AT 30 DAYS INTO THE MONTH PAST DUE,
YOUR LOCK WILL BE REMOVED
AND THE UNIT WILL BE PREPARED FOR IMMEDIATE SELLOUT.
THE NEED TO DUE THIS HAS COME ABOUT BECAUSE OF THE ACTIONS OF TENNANTS
THAT HAVE ABUSED THE NO MONEY DOWN POLICY,
OR TENNANTS THAT HAVE JUMPED INTO THE OPEN GATE
AND REMOVED THEIR BELONGINGS WITHOUT PAYING PAST DUE RENTS OWED.
